eBooks
I finished Voyage to the South Sea and uploaded it and the mobi version I had built already to the site.
Then I built Minutes and Appendix by Barney and Edward Christian, with footnotes no less, using my program, ran it through Calibre to create the mobi version, and uploaded both to the site. The only hiccup was the cover image. Adobe Digital Editions has a flaw which mispositions it. I added some styling to reposition it, which the other epub readers rightly ignored, but not mobi. Calibre showed me it was mispositioned before the conversion, so all I had to do was reset it. Even the footnotes worked in Kindle for PC. (One tiny flaw, which I haven’t worked out yet. When you reach the end of a chapter with footnotes, you have to click a link to skip over them, or else page thru them one by one.)
